In this lesson, you’ll learn how to follow-up on outreach in BuzzStream.

As a campaign of mine progresses, I can check the relationship stages of my contacts to make sure our conversations are on track. To get a general picture of how things are going, I can sort my contacts by relationship stage and easily see who I’ve attempted to reach, who I’ve actually reached, and who has committed to covering my coffee shop content.

If I only want to see contacts assigned to myself, or only see contacts assigned to a specific team mate of mine, I can use the filters narrow down my list.

A few days after I start my campaign, I’ll start receiving some notifications. In this case, one notification is reminding me that I need to follow-up with Brad because he hasn’t responded yet. I’ll type up my follow-up response, and set another reminder to follow-up again in another 3 days.

Another notification is to let me know that Ana responded to my outreach. I’ll read her message and respond. If I want to quickly skim over our message history, I can do that easily from her contact record.

Now that I’ve completed those tasks, I’d like to get an overview how all of how our campaigns are progressing. To do that, I’ll click on Dashboard, and now I’ll see an aggregate view of the latest communication activity.
