In this lesson, you’ll learn how BuzzStream makes it easy to track replies from email addresses that aren’t yet in your database using your BuzzBox email address.
To find your BuzzBox email address, go to Settings, Connect to Email, then click Use your BuzzBox address to locate it.
Let’s say I’ve found a website that looks like a good fit for my campaign. I sent them some personalized outreach via their contact form, and now they’ve responded from an email address of theirs. From here, all I have to do is add this email address to their contact record, then forward the email they sent to my BuzzBox email address.
My BuzzBox address will immediately associate the email they sent with their contact record in my account.
Another case where you might want to use the BuzzBox is when a contact replies from a different email address than the one you have in your records. In this case, it’s the same process. Simply add the new email address to your contact’s record, then forward the email you received to your BuzzBox email address to have it added to your account.
