In this lesson, you’ll learn how to add notes to your contact records to give yourself the most context possible in your influencer database.

BuzzStream automatically logs emails and tweets between you and your contacts, but if you discover new information about a contact, or interact with them on Facebook, Instagram, the phone, a contact page or the comments section of a blog, you can add a note to log that communication.

To do so, navigate to your contact’s record, and write your note.

From here, select the type of note you’re adding. If this note is important, you can pin it to the top of your contact record to make sure no one on your team misses it.

You can also select who you’d like to be notified about this note, then hit save, and the note has been added to your contact.
