In this lesson, you’ll see some of BuzzStream’s email performance reports that you can leverage to analyze the success of your outreach campaigns.
First, click on the Reporting Tab. Then, select All Contacts.
In the Project insights report, scroll down to the Outreach Trend Chart, and you’ll be able to see if your outreach results are improving over time. You can change the time interval from daily, to weekly or monthly, if you’d like to get a better idea of how your outreach results are trending over a longer period of time.
Under the Message insights report, you’ll see your email templates’ performance statistics, and can sort the templates by number sent, opened, clicked or replied. You’ll also see Subject Line Performance Statistics, and can sort them the same way. If you wanted to see stats for specific team member or project, you can do so by selecting the desired team member or project from the top.
If you’re interested in seeing how many emails each team member has sent over time, you can select the Team Activity Report, then scroll down to the Emails sent by Team Member section and easily compare between team mates.
