Introducing a More Actionable Dashboard and Customizable Unsubscribe Text




Ideally, every aspect of doing outreach campaigns should be a breeze. You should be able to easily find the emails that need your attention and you should be be able to take action on them quickly. Every aspect of your email outreach should be customizable to help you better target your audience.

We hear you. And that’s why today, we’re proud to introduce a faster, more actionable dashboard and the ability to edit your unsubscribe message.

An improved, more actionable dashboard

Filter the activities on your dashboard 

With the revised the dashboard, you now have a single place to find all emails that need your attention, and an easy way to act on them.

You can filter your dashboard activity to see all of the replies, emails that are due for follow up, and send failures across all projects, saving you time and making it easier to keep track of and figure out what you need to do next.

To filter your activities by communication type, the project they’re associated with, or the user they’re associated with, simply hover over and select what you’re interested in.

Take action on any of the emails you see

Now that you have a single place for finding all of the emails that you need to act on, you’ll want to respond to them without needing to leave the dashboard. That’s why you can now take the same actions on emails in your dashboard that you can on a contact record (reply, forward, delete) without needing to open a new window or navigate to another part of the app.

To take action on an email, simply click on the email you’d like to work on, then use the buttons that appear above the email text to reply, forward or delete to your heart’s content.

Customize your unsubscribe text

We all know that details matter, especially when building relationships. Any messaging that doesn’t match the tone of your brand can have major impact, so every word in your emails count. That’s why you can now customize the unsubscribe text in your emails.

To customize your unsubscribe text, go to Settings > Connect to Email, then click the pencil icon next to one of your connected email addresses, and you’ll see the option to edit your unsubscribe text toward the bottom of the module.

    Hey Paul,

    One thing I’m really struggling with on Buzzstream is validating prospects. It takes quite a large amount of time to validate a prospect list, now i’ve discovered that the emails discovered tool ain’t what I thought it was and have to run a manual whois search on the sites.

    Any chance of adding a whois into the discovered contacts to save a LOT of work?

    If this is possible already please let me know how 🙂

  • Thanks for reaching out, Michael! We have that capability today. 🙂 Here’s how you use it:
    – select the contacts you want to pull whois info for
    – click “More”
    – select “Search whois for contact info”

    Just wondering if there’s a ‘send and go to next contact’ option if you want to follow up on all replies that are due?

    Also, if you follow up from the DB, will the system remove the notification reminder up top?

    There’s not a “send and go to next” option from the Dashboard, but I like the idea a lot. I’ll log it. 🙂

    As far as the reminders…yes, once you’ve sent the email, the notification reminder will be updated. So, for example, if it says you have 10 emails that are due for followup and you email five of those from the dashboard, the next time you refresh the page it will change to “5 due for followup.”

  • Awesome news. This is certainly helpful. I would only love if you could polish BuzzStream a bit. It’s got some annoying small bugs that are giving me headaches. I tried adding links several times from an excel file but it doesn’t update them at times. It refreshes constantly and I need to select everything over again. Stuff like these. Thanks.
