In this lesson, you’ll learn how to use BuzzStream’s prospecting tool to quickly find new prospects for your outreach campaigns.
If you have some experience using advanced search operators in google, think of the prospecting tool as a way to execute multiple advanced searches all at once. First, test some searches in Google to see if they’re returning the kind of results you want, then plug those searches into the prospecting tool.
From here, BuzzStream will compile a list of websites that matched these queries. Note that this list isn’t a curated list, but a list pulled directly from the search engine results pages.
Once your list has been populated, you can approve, disapprove, or blacklist websites from ever showing up again. If you’d like to see the websites before approving or disapproving them, you can use the BuzzBar. Simply select the websites you’d like to review, then click View in BuzzBar, and you’ll be taken through the websites one by one.
