How does the free trial work?

Cancel any time during the trial period and you won’t be charged a thing. To cancel, simply go to the “My Account” tab in Settings. After your trial, you can cancel at any time and you’ll never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges incurred before the cancellation.

Can I pay for 12 months in advance?

Yes, and by doing so you’ll receive one month of the service free. Just email us at customer-service@buzzstream.com once you’ve signed up and we’ll take care of the rest.

Is my data safe?

Your data is backed up daily and is stored in multiple locations. Our servers are located in data centers that are monitored by closed circuit television and guarded by a 24x7x365 onsite team. Military-grade pass card access and biometric fingerscan units provide further layers of security.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

If you cancel, we save your account information for 14 days in case you need to access it. After that, we delete all of your data for security purposes.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. Plans are monthly and there’s no minimum term. You can change your plan or cancel at any time.
